Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has had any success in booking flights using either the SQ or VA website out of cities which aren't serviced directly (say for example CBR....)
I've booked flights previously out of ADL on the direct ADL-SIN flight fine on the SQ and VA sites.
Trying to book an Asia flight and I can see the flights I want on the SQ website (whereas VA is showing as no flights available ...) but when I go to book I get the infamous: "Sorry, we are unable to process your request, please try again later or contact your local Singapore Airlines office." or "An application error occurred. Please contact your local Singapore Airlines office."
I've tried two local TA's and both say they can't see availability on VA/SQ flights out of CBR and the SQ and VA call centers are absolutely useless. I would rather not book them separately as one dom-int connection is quite short.
Can't seem to reproduce VA/SQ flights with the connections I want on any online website.
Just a FYI, the flights are CBR-SGN around xmas/ny
Any other advice? Or a suggestion for an online site which gives me much more options for choosing which connections I want?
