Just looking at a dummy reward flight today.
LAX-SYD VA2.

The business reward column shows for the above flight a greyed "100500 points or 94000+42.12". I am unable to select it. However it does not say "Sold out"

The Premium saver column to the right says "sold out"

The Premium reward column says "77000 or 70500+$42.15" and this one is selectable.
