VA Gold Benefits on UA Basic Economy

Hi all,

I'm currently VA Gold and am about to book a trip to the US for April. UA Basic Economy is significantly cheaper than regular Economy, even when paying extra for seat selection. Before I book, I want to know if Gold benefits (priority check in, boarding, lounge and extra bag) apply even on Basic Y tickets? I can't seem to find this info anywhere online.

I'm just sharing my experience,not answering your question because I m not sure. But I took advantage of Aeroplan Gold on United Basic too in April. Got club lounge and Priority access. At time of boarding in US I was shocked as the Priority line was super long. Turned out they didn't care they just lined up wherever until got kicked out by gate agents. I had to fought my way to the front line because of so many people in Priority line/Group A boarding
