I got some flexi's sorted last week. Couldn't book the Premium seats, which would get me Platinum, without getting the extra cost ok'd. Got this done within a day and jumped on to change the fare class on the weekend. None available any day any week. I called the Gold customer service and they also could not see the fares and after a minute on hold they came back and said sorry its now an Air NZ flight and we don't have access. So this just cost me Platinum again ! I now have a couple of hundred SC's expiring so I will be a long way off after missing this opportunity.
