VA A330 MEL-ADL THIS WEEK

Hi there
For the AFL grand final VA has scheduled additional flights between Melbourne & Adelaide this coming Friday & Sunday using A330 equipment, flights from MEL to ADL on Friday & ADL to MEL on Sunday are quite cheap and going the other way very expensive.

If you have booked trans-con A330 on either of these days you should check your booking as you may find yourself on a 737 in Y if you have booked J.

Typical - the one time I haven’t got any flights booked they have a decent plane!

The wife and I decided to fly home from ADL to MEL yesterday (we were initially going to drive) and booked VA234 only about 4 hours before departure, 2 x J seats for <$400 ea.

Was very surprised to find ourselves on an A330! Have never been on one before and the business 'suites' were pretty awesome
