I can find some reward flights of Delta through its website but I can't find such one in Virgin's webiste.

Is it common? Or I should call virgin to book tihs?

As per above, you can call Velocity to book.

That said, not all award flights you see on the Delta website will be available for booking through a partner airline. Especially if it's not in the lowest award category.

Thanks I did call them and they can help me find the available seats (however, I find the tax virgin charges for delta's flight is different from delta's own website?

I mean, when redeem partner airline's flights, the tax is still decided by Virgin?
