My Wife is Indonesian passport. We applied spouse Visa on 7 Jan 14. So,at the moment she on bridging Visa A

We would like to travel to USA on December 15. Do I need to wait until her TR granted or can I apply Bridging Visa B.

Hi nicky286 you've got a couple of matters to consider and definitely need a professional to answer your questions.

Things like:
What happens to her Australian bridging visa if she travels to a third country?
What is the view of the USA to her entering there as an Indonesian, i.e. does she need to apply for different visa and does her current status in Australia affect the application, and so on.

I suggest you see an immigration lawyer for specialist advice, the last thing you want to do is adversely affect her chances of successful Australian residency and future travel to the USA.
