I got the same email - perfect timing! :) Time to transfer what's left of my points in Citi Rewards before the (yet-to-be-announced) devaluation occurs.

They are taking their time on notifying us!

Ddd you get like for like points, or did CitiBank only let you transfer in segments of 10,000 points?
The last 2 times they said they transfer in 10k batches. So if you had 94,000 points they'd transfer 90k for you. But just now they transferred the whole amount and didn't even mention the 10k batch limit. Perhaps they had such anger from the recent Virgin Australia loss of points thing they've wiped this rule as well. Good times.

I don't know yet. My strategy with these deals has always been to wait until the last day to transfer to ensure I maximise the number of points transferred. As long as I transfer a minimum of 10,000 points, I can transfer all the points balance out. I don't call up, I do it online.

Once again I also got this; and once again, by both e-mail and snail mail! To the best of my recollection, this is the only snail mail, other than annual renewals, that they send me.
