Just wanted to share that good things do happen to (good) people
I booked a dom flight about 1 week ago, and opted to use the direct debit option. Did all the typing and completed the transaction via my 'bank'. Funds show as 'debited', awaiting processing (as what happens with ANY transaction I do with ANY business via this method)..... BUT as I have this habit of checking things, stupid ME didn't check too well, and I forgot to include the Customer Reference Number that would link the transaction to the booking made . As I had read the T&Cs regarding the payment method, where they state that mistakes during the payment process will result in loss of funds, I fully realized/accepted that I had lost my money THROUGH MY OWN STUPIDITY:oops:, so I made a new booking for the same flights and made sure I included the new Cust Ref No.... both debits appeared on my a/c (as expected)...BUT today I checked my a/c (as I do periodically to check nothing 'untoward' is happening on my a/c in general), and to my surprise/delight J* has credited my a/c with the full amount of my first mistake :).
At no point did I contact J* OR my bank, as I took responsibility for my own actions/stupidity.
See, good things happen to (good) people;)

Anyone who chooses to take my post and twist it into their own 'negative' personal 'issue', I will choose to ignore, but yes I do realize that posting nice/happy things on 'social media' brings out the 'haters'/'negative nellies':D

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO THE POSITIVE PEOPLE OUT THERE:)

Good to hear JQ sharing some love.

P.S. No happy new year to negative people?
