Two questions if you please

Two questions for the clever people.
I have booked directly with Qatar to Edinburgh. Do you need to put your full name in when you book. I only put first and last names??
Also they didn't ask for our passport details, is this the norm. I am Silver with QF, Mrs Dalescott has no FF memberships.

I only ever do first and last name.
Some carriers want/need passport details, others don't.

Make sure the names you enter exactly match what is on your passport.

ie If the passport has Anthony Smith in it, do not book as Tony Smith.
