Travel Bank

I had a link saved for Virgin Travel Bank, but when I clicked on it it took me to a Jetblue page.
So I've googled Virgin Travel Bank and get a better page, but when I put my log in details it does nothing. Just stays on the same page.
I need to see how much I paid for my last flight using my Travel Bank credit, any ideas?

I use this link https://travelbank.virginaustralia.com for the log in credential I found my VFF number and password work.
