Transferring through Brisbane Airport

I hope someone can help! I am flying back to Sydney from Nadi, Fiji on the 24th of April and I am little worried about the time between my flights in Brisbane. I arrive in Brisbane at 6:10pm and then I will need to make a connecting flight to Sydney at 8pm which is a layover time of 1 hour and 50 mins. Do you think this is going to be enough time to collect bags, clear customs and get to the domestic terminal? Thanks for your help!

So long as you are not declaring ANYTHING. And don't look too dodgy. BNE customs tends to be quite efficient.
However it will still be tight. But if you are worried. Get a later connection. In case your international flight is delayed.

Things do not work out the way we expect them to all the time.

If all the flights are on the one ticket then it should be OK and hopefully 8:00pm is not the last flight of the night.

I came back into BNE beginning of March on a Friday morning and we arrived ~30 minutes late and by the time got through immigration and then waited an eternity for bags to come out (my luggage did not come out as they went on a short holiday) and then quarantine as well it was well over 2 hours by the time I got to domestic. Luckily my domestic flight was delayed but even then only just managed a quick diet coke in lounge before having to head over to gate for boarding.

Which airline are you flying with BNE/SYD & are both flights in the same booking?
