Transferring CDG Airport

I am due to arrive into Terminal 2A at 0655. I am flying out of Terminal 3 at 0955. Am I cutting it too fine to connect? Can I walk between terminals or better to wait for the CDGVAL Shuttle.

→ Follow "Baggage-Exit".
→ Follow "CDGVAL" and/or "Terminal 3" indications.
Access to CDGVAL light rail by foot (recommended) or shuttle bus.
→ Take the CDGVAL until "Terminal 3/Roissypole" station.
→ Follow the pedestrian pathway signposted "Terminal 3" (approx. 5 minutes walk).

I'm not sure of the MCT times however I'd assume 3 hours should be fine.

Thanks snabbu, exact info I was looking for. As long as the incoming flight is on time I should be fine.

3 hours is good and never a problem if both flights are on the one PNR.

It is too far to walk between terminals, but the shuttle is super-quick and easy, plus frequent. When I was there in December immigration was pretty slow but everything else was quick.
