Was anyone silly enough to file a claim when Topbonus went bankrupt back in 2018? I did and didn't hear anything until last year. I have now been invoiced for 27 Euros. Problem is, it is all in German and I have no idea how to pay it here in Australia!
Also I have long lost my topbonus number, so am unable to log into the site (Topbonus Verfahrensinformationsportal) and figure out if I will actually get any money! Probably not going to be anywhere close to 27 Euros. I only had 500 miles.
And all the contact info is for you to snail mail them - no email or phone number.
Anyone else in a similar situation? Are you going to pay? And how?
Is there a way to find your topbonus number?
Is there any risk in not paying? Probably would like to go back to Germany at some stage!

I speak German - if you want to post the invoice here, or send it to me in a private message, I can translate it for you.
