There was a travel agent on my almost deserted train tonight, and he was telling a mate how he is lodging a formal complaint with Qantas over "a $1299 return to London Travel Agent only special in a few weeks, the 'coughs' gave me the fare return to the UK but they have listed me for the entire 6 leg return journey via Singapore".. tee hee
