Hi,

So we are due to fly to Bangkok on Thursday, i was silly and forgot to reserve seats. Went on today and found 2 *2 seats available together very far apart. We have a 2 and 4 year old so it would not be ideal to split everyone up.

I called up their reservations and the lady advised she would email Bangkok and if it was too late then the airport (assuming Thai desk there) as there is probably a row available up front.

I didn't think to ask but is she saying that what is available to reserve online is not all the economy seats on that aircraft?

I'm a little worried otherwise.

thanks

I think many airlines keep certain rows "blocked" for airport allocation...and these are IIRC often bulkhead seats..so "up front".
