Hi

I'm looking to book SYD-SIN return, then SIN-HKT return, are there any issues that anyone can see regarding this?

Also, are there any implications if I buy a SYD-SIN but then use pts for my SIN-SYD ticket? I presume if I can show that I have an onward ticket, I'll be able to enter both SIN and HKT?

thanks for any responses.

Natalie

No issues buying two separate tickets. From a cost point of view, it might be cheaper just to by a SYD-HKT return with a stopover in SIN, maybe with SQ.

Also no issues with buying separate SYD-SIN and SIN-SYD tickets but it might be cost effective to again buy a cash ticket as a one way SYD-SIN might be the same cost as a straight return.

No issues with Visas etc, you will be able to get in and out of the country if you have all the itineraries printed in advance of check-in for the first flight.

One issue that may arise is connections. You are not covered if you miss your connecting flight if they are on separate itineraries, so you may wish to leave a longer than normal connection or fly on different days.
