Will do :). Lounge was packed at 9am but clearing out now. We're on VH-QPA which is a A333 with the business suite :)

Looking forward to this - hope you're going to the Dolomites - if so find me somewhere nice for Christmas please - ENJOY

Well the QF flight from BNE to SIN was great. Quite impressed with the IFE selection of music and movies. Being a day flight we didnt really need sleep but i did try out the flat bed and it was comfortable with plenty of legroom even for my 6'2" height.

I opted for the zucchini soup as a starter, followed by linguine and finally baked custard and rhubarb dessert Entree was amazing, main was average and the dessert was good. Spent today walking around Singapore and will kill a few hours in the QF lounge this evening. Some pics below. Writing this from android phone which is a bit convukted trying to add photo links and so on, hence the abbreviated writing style.

So we're stuck at Changi unable to get boarding passes until 1820 (3 hours before flight) and they dont take movile boarding passes. Any other way we can get thru immigration and into the lounge earlier?

Unfortunately we tried that and they wouldnt let us go airside without something printed on QR stock. Ie an actual boarding card. Will have to wait until 5-6pm and then leg it back to T1 and sample the QF lounge for an hr, then back to T3 (only has dnata lounge there).

Apologies about the pic links, smumug app on phone is somewhat lacking- might have to wait til im back home to do this properly.

I was halfway through correcting the image links and the page refreshed. Seriously how are people writing these reports while abroad with only an iPad / android phone? Talk about frustrating, jumping back and forth between tabs trying to copy and paste links with a tiny touchscreen.

Too bad, I have never been to SIN so will keep that info in the vault.
How long are you in Slovenia ?, what do you plan to see ?, am asking as I have family there.

We are in Slovenia for about 9 days. Heading to Kobarid, Bovec, Logarska Dolina, Bled and Ljubljana. Mainly looking for dayhikes, wine tasting and maybe some white water rafting :) On another note- our QR boarding passes printed out as first class- ... maybe an impromptu visit to Al Safwa?

Sounds like it was worth the wait.
Bled is a great walk around the lake then up to the castle for dining with the best view.

Looks like an interesting trip...enjoy
