Still waiting for SC's from EY flight in early December - need them for Platinum

I have now reached Gold and should now qualify for Platinum, having 840 status credits and taking into account the 160 SC's from the Etihad flight.

Can you confirm that I will qualify for Platinum as the activity took place within the qualification period even though the points may be credited after the end of the period due to the inefficient of the airline partner?

Well raise this claim for you after 14 days and any eligible Points and Status Credits will be added to your account within 7 days.

Next time you fly, dont forget to add your Velocity Frequent Flyer number to all your flights before you travel. That way, your flights will be automatically added to your account.
