status credit calculator

hi guys I'm trying to work out a status credit run between melbourne and somewhere with beaches.
I put in Melbourne to Townsville and also attempted melbourne to Hamilton island


but I get this error message even though Im going to book on a qantas ticket from Melbourne, any suggestions on how to calculate ?

There used to be a table for jetstar earning on the qantas website but it seems to have disappeared.

Best way is to find out the distance using mileage monkey. MileageMonkey Say using the point to point box.

Then look up the earn in the table here.

The QF website does not show status credits for JQ sectors e.g. you can't look up a flight from Sydney to Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast).

You can Google "flight distance SYD-MCY" to find the distance (514 miles) and then look it up on the table that medhead has provided.

This shows 0-600 miles is 10 s/c.
