Thinking of flying Singapore-Colombo-Rome then Paris-Colombo -Singapore in J with Sri Lankan,what SCs would I earn on the new QF earning table?

The points calculator is the place to start, but unfortunately for you it does not yet include Sri Lankan. You can plug in SIN - CMB and choose CX to trigger the partner earning levels. For that leg you will get 80SCs in J and base points of 2132 for Bronze and more for other tier levels. CMB - FCO/CDG don't come up and won't until Sri Lankan and its destinations are added to the calculator.
