SQ236 BNE-SIN Inflight service Plus transfers

Hi,
taking this flight in a couple of months. It departs at 1430 and arrives at 2050. Just wondering what to expect on the A330 in terms of catering and IFE, in Y. Also, any recommendations on getting to our accommodation at Siglap, near East Coast Park? It would be for five people.

They will serve a lunch just after take off and a second hot snack prior to landing. Both will have Asian and Western themed food.
You shouldn't struggle for entertainment, Singapore normally have more most recent films than other carriers as well as many other options. The website will probably have a listing of what is showing.

For ground transport you should be able to get a small van at the airport although I haven't done that myself. It may be faster and cheaper to get two standard taxis as East Coast is very close to Changi, i.e. 10 minutes.
