SQ status not showing on VA boarding pass

I'm a KrisFler Gold and have tagged the membership details to a couple of Virgin bookings. For some reason, the status is not showing up on the boarding passes - have checked the booking and the SQ details are definitely there, any obvious reason with the status doesnt show?

System issues. Often something has gone wrong somewhere and it doesn't show. You're still entitled to all Gold benefits but will just need to show the physical or digital card when asked.

It happens both ways, I've lost count the number of times my VA status hasn't shown on SQ boarding passes and SQ status not showing on VA boarding passes.
 
Are there any differences between your name in your KF account and your name on the VA ticket?
 
Did you make any changes to the booking after you'd originally booked??

On our recent trip to Europe I found my VA number/status wasn't listed on the SQ boarding pass for one of the legs that we bid for an $$ upgrade to premium economy. Points and status still credited fine but I showed my card at the lounge just to be safe.
