Received an email recently. "Sorry for the inconvenience but we have cancelled your flight on your chosen day. We will contact you soon We have rebooked you on the following day."
No contact made so I called them. No it did not suit us as other flights were booked? So what can we do? At their suggestion we changed to an earlier flight on Turkish. All were redemption flights so no great issue except now we arrive in IST just before 5 am rather than 7 am? Generally no issue but it seems to me when they say they will call they should call within a day or 2? SQ great in some ways but why was it we had to call?
