I have a flight from SFO to LAS which has been changed to a later time with a stopover at LAX. They said I have 5 days to change the flight day/time at no extra change but the last 2 days every time I try to do so it gives me a message saying it's "under maintenance"
Can't seem to find a number to call from australia or even an email address or any online support. So I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with dealing with them?
