SMS messages from QF today

Has anyone else received SMS's from Qantas today? My husband (Gold FF) has received 2 unsolicited verification codes and hasn't been in his account at all. He rang after receiving the first one and was told not to worry about it. We've logged in and all seems in order. It's just weird ...

Not sure if this is the case for you, but if you have other software that needs to access to a QF product, such as accounting software like Xero that’s connected to a QF card or an app like Award Wallet, it can trigger the verification message.

Get them at least once per week. Never anything amiss, QFF or cc-wise. Been happening for months. Who knows?
 
I have had many SMS too and Qantas have told me it is because of Award Wallet and it is not anything to worry about.
