What routes? SQ are the go for *A maybe CX in One World?

Brisbane to London. I am QFF with 35000 pts. SQ state will have new and better economy seats on their 777 from September. Wondering if this worth foregoing FF points.
Also which of the two has the better Business class?

SQ service is better by far for J
Seats:
If you get the 777-300ER or the A380 on SQ then the fold down bed is awesome but as a dayseat is not very comfortable. You can tell if you are getting the fold down bed at booking - they are only 4 across.
QF - Skybed 1 is awful. Slopes at an angle flat - wedgy!!
QF -Skybed 2 is good but you can still feel the ridges

Thanks for your advice on SQ and QF.
In the end we decided to go with CX. It will be A330-300 to HKG, then 777-300ER to LHR.
Mrs upfront in Business, grandson (12) and self in coach.

Did this route in July 13 - Business seats are VERY comfortable. Mrs P will not be disappointed!!
