Signup, Spend & 70K QF in account in less than 6 weeks. A Record?

I've been with Citibank before and it's been slow & painful. This time I signed up for the 70K special in June, charged my $3K and the 70K points are in my QF account in less than 6 weeks from whoa to go. Is this a record ?
