Anyone interested in Salt Grills' 1st Birthday celebration?

I'm toying with the idea, but unfortunately, not only does the Hiltons "Treasured Moments" promo not apply, but it requires pre-payment which means no base points either . Sort of takes the shine off it a bit!

Try emailing them and ask in-house reservations if you could prepay the meal and the prepaid room rate and have it all charged back to the room. They might go for it.

I went to the dinner, just a total fluke that I was going to be staying at the Hilton already and figured the timing was too good to let it pass. I must say it was amazing and they were incredibly generous with extra drinks, and especially treated me as a solo diner very well.

My hat also off to Luke Mangan who was there, came around to chat to everyone and then sat down to have dinner with his mum.

A definitely highlight of my trip.
