We flew them Y in 2011 I think. Doing the London trip 'dry' was a new experience but was otherwise good. Had a longish stop on return but interesting to potter round the mosque and markets

Good luck actually achieving their supposedly low fares. The website is charging more than double that and on some days tripple. I emailed them a route / stopover enquiry, and never received a reply.

I flew with them to Bangkok last year in Economy class. The 787 plane was good but the 4 hour transit at the Bandar Seri airport on the way back was so borning as there was nothing in the transit zone and the airport was still under renovation. Overall, I will use them again if I can grab their super cheap promo fare.
