Royal Air Maroc - what does "Invalid Frequent Card" error mean?

Hi all,

We have 5 upcoming RAM flights (all in J as part of a OW Classic Reward) and have been able to select seats for all bar one of them. I can get to the seat map stage on the RAM website which is showing plenty of available J seats but I can't get my selections for that flight to be saved. I can save one seat but not two.

This is the message I get:

Does anyone have any idea what that means?

Have you tried RJ.com or one of the other OW/Amedeus MMBs?

Does anyone have any idea what that means?

I’m pretty certain that it means that seat is already taken.
Go to EF and check the seat map to see if other seats are free and try that first
Try RJ or MH if that doesn’t work

RJ was my go to to book my seats on ROC in 2023

Yes, I have tried RJ (and AY) and can get to the seat map but still can't select seats there
The plane is a 789 with 26 J seats with all bar 2 of them showing as vacant. I can select and save any single one of the 24 showing as available, but I cannot select any combination of 2 of them.

Have tried the RAM website twice, 7 days apart but with they same result.
I guess it must just be a glitch with their web site.

The "invalid Frequent Card (4636)" statement stumped me so I was hoping somebody else had an idea what type of fault throws up that warning.
