Removing QFF number from booking

Is it possible to remove your QFF online without call centre or lounge angel assistance? I have been trying, but cannot work out how. I have read threads on changing to different FF programmes for lounge access etc so figure it must be able to be done somehow.

In my case it was because I had changed status level but it was not reflected in my booking. Removing and then subsequently adding it again fixes that issue.

Yes, mine is to do with cheap economy flights I book (and pay for) for FIFO employees in advance that consequently get demobilised from a project or leave. These cannot be cancelled - only changed to a voucher - if the FF number is attached to the voucher it shows up for use in the ex-employees "My Bookings" page.

Another reason is if you want seat selection that comes with QF status but want to credit miles/ SCs to another programme
