Depending how soon you fly, the answer would be yes.

Olds are going to the Maldives for their wedding anniversary. Was going to book them an award AUH-MLE r/t flight, but might look into buying and using the miles to upgrade.

Looking at their shortest flights, not many tag flights like QR sadly. Maybe a AUD-BAH is around $150, assuming I'm passing by and think I could survive the 75 minutes in Y.

Couple of conditions apparently that you get when calling (according to FT)

1. Flights must be roundtrip
2. They must originate in AUH
3. Only 1 promotion per guest (i.e. no multiple flights)
4. To find double miles in Coral Economy you must log in and look online.
5. You can book until Feb. 15 now
6. You can only fly til June 31. [They changed it from Dec. 31]
