Having just logged into my account a little while ago, I noted that points/status have already been posted for my international flight which landed merely 90mins before. Would this be a record? Or have there been ever quicker posts?

I've had QF flights that have been in my account by the time I got home from the airport (last time I recall was LHR-MEL via SIN). Not sure if they credited whilst I was still in the air, or in the 60 minutes between getting off the plane and walking in the front door.

Probably in the air, I've had SC's from SYD-PER show up within 60mins of landed.

I had a PER-HKG flight post at the scheduled arrival time. Pity the flight was delayed 10 hours so we hadn't even left the ground yet!

I had an ADL-BNE flight credited while I was sat in the ADL QP waiting for the replacement ADL-MEL-BNE flights as the original went tech.

To their credit I've always found the posting of points/SC by Qantas to be very good. I flew CHC-SYD two weeks ago and everything had posted by the time I was sitting in the bus to the domestic terminal.

You know you're a FF addict when the you check your balance within 60 minutes of landing on an international flight!

Last week Dad's LAX-SYD points were posted while he was in the air.. As i logged into see what domestic flight i had to pick him up from in Perth..

I was quite impressed!

I'll see if his points for the same flight at the end of this week do the same again?

gogo

I flew from LHR-SIN about 2 years ago and we were turned back due to mechanical issues...the SCs were already there when we landed back in LHR some 5 hours later and well before we would have landed in SIN had we kept going.
