Has anyone else had any issues with QR flights posting to QFF?

I had 2 QR flights in late OCT which have not posted (every other flight on the trip has). I used the claim missing points form on the QF site to claim, which has come back as "no record of travel".
For some reason, the form no longer has the option to enter the sequence number.

Complain to QFF. Tell QF to credit your points/sc and for them to take it up with QR.

You are not the only person with that problem.
There is a known issue with QR flights dating back far into early 2018 where flights were not posting to member airlines.

Ugh - I just went though this with my October flights: HKG-DOH/DOH-HKG posted without issue but the DOH-CDG/CDG-DOH sectors didn't; I ended up having to send in boarding passes after my claim was rejected, total PITA!

ETA: These were single-ticketed through-journeys too!

I had problems around August last year with some QR flights. Had to phone after the online system rejected claims. All sorted quickly.

I really don't understand these people.

After the QR flights came back as "no record" via the claim form, I emailed them via the contact form.
One flight, QR184 has now been posted.
They've processed the other flight, QR7, as CX7, which of course got knocked back.

My QR flights in 2014, 2016 and 2017 didn't have these issues. Prior to this, the last time I had problems with a flight posting was with a MH coded AY flight in 2013 (which was caused by MH messing around with the ticket which required AY having to manually fix it at check in and later caused problems when EK was trying to fix a misconnect to QF in DXB when BA refused to check through from LHR. That was also the trip when the MH KUL ticket office said I had to talk to SQ when trying to make a change to a MH flight on a DONE3 oneworld ticket).

I contacted QF again over the failure to post QR7 by posting it as CX7, and they asked for the boarding pass.
The print on the boarding pass has faded and isn't readable.

Sent off an email to QR and within a couple of hours had a letter back from them certificating that I was on the flight in question. Now to send that off to QF and see if they accept it.
