I posted some time back about travelling to LHR with two young kids with food allergies. A whole lot of research later, it would appear our best option is to take a whole lot of our own food, with none of it being or resembling a liquid. (Dry crackers anyone?).

Just out of interest, could someone help me with the rough meal timings and styles (dinner/b'fast, snack etc) on QF9?

That doesn't sound like a lot of fun for you. From memory (based on flights in J, but think the meal timings are the same), QF9 meals are:

> about 2 hours out of Mel - dinner
> about 1 hour before Sin - breakfast
> about 1 hour out of Sin - dinner
> about 1 hour before Lhr - breakfast
