QF Points reversal ? EVERYDAY REWARDS

It may be worth checking your QFF accounts, as it seems as if members are having WW earned QFF points reversed.

Thanks mannej. There is a reversal on my last transfer. I imagined the points were safe once in your Qantas account...obviously not. Woolworths have just further galvanised my resolve.

We haven't shopped at since Sun 20th Dec (which is the credit below on 26th Dec).

Yes same here. It was done in error I believe so they have retracted the points sent out in error. Have a look at your Qantas activity and see if you could identify the same points that where initially credited.

The points that were posted in my QFF on the 26th Dec have just been reversed too!.

I have already been on the phone regarding reversals.
Have a look at your QF account during December, points posted between 10th? & 13th? were posted AGAIN on the 26th, so today's reversal is only taking out what you gained on the 26th.
They had a "glitch"

No idea why but I have had the same thing happen for a couple of hundred points. I can't work it out through the Woolworths site as it doesn't show the Qantas transfer.

Same here as well - I was expecting more points to be credited from purchases made in the final week of the year (from both Woolies and BWS) but instead got hit up with a deduction.

I noticed that double post of points and wondered if they would catch up with it. I did earn points that should have posted on the 26th though and have not yet done so.

I just checked because of this thread and I have a reversal too - December points gone. Only 89 but hardly the point when everyone's account is totalled.

I find it strange that I would have earned 160 QFF points 2 weeks in a row so perhaps this was an error.

I have a reversal as well but its clearly to rectify a double posting. I received, correctly, 66 points on the 17 Dec and another 66 on 26 Dec. Same dates as JohnK. The reversal rectifies the double up. I had not noticed the duplication till now and checking the dockets from Dec I was only owed 66 points for the month.

Yes I had points reversed but have outstanding points not yet credited.
Not holding my breath.

Mine looks like a duplicate posting of points from earlier in month have since been reversed.

I just checked mine. 11 point earn on Dec 17. Doubled on Dec 26. Reversed today.
My 187 point earn from Dec 24 hasn't posted...
