QF points redeem for luggage

My check-in roller bag is nearing its last legs.
I have a goal of burning some FF points this year.

What recommendations are there for the current range of rolling check-in luggage on the FF store.

I need the second largest size but there appear to be several model ranges (Electra, Heathrow, Caribee, JFK, Durban, etc plus some Antler and Tumi cases - any thoughts? Normally I go for soft sided to keep the weight down but open to suggestions. I like expander cases and like an outside pocket. Needs to be TOUGH - well over 100 flights per year tends to kill anything poorly constructed.

Also looking for current recommendations on the best roll-aboard cabin bag in the FF store. Needs to be max permitted size

The FF store is such poor value I couldnt recommend burning points on luggage (or pretty much anything from the FF store).

Use the points for upgrades if you are doing >100 flights / year.

There is an already quite extenisve luggage thread with recommendations / places to buy.

I am very happy with my Anter luggage - has been very reliable so far.
