QF Multi City problem

I am trying to a book a return trip to London while the Double SC offer is on...I can get the dates and flights I want but on the way back I have to come straight back with no stopover so thought I would go PE, there are reasonable fares on that date if booked directly.

Is it possible in the Qantas Multi City Booking thing to have most of the flights in economy and change the one LHR-(SIN refuel)-SYD return sector to PE?

What are the exact legs you are attempting? Codeshares,etc....

Should have worded it better.

No codeshare or problems with flights, just seat class.

I need to come straight back on LHR-SIN-SYD to get back to work for the Monday morning , all the flights are OK for times and connections etc, but would like this leg to be PE due to its length, all other legs going over are booked in economy. On the way over I have time for a stopover in SIN so dont care about PE as much.

Does the whole Multi City booking have to be in the same class?

I don't think the website can handle different cabins. The call centre or a TA can easily do it for you. Happy to help if you PM me dates, details, etc.

QF website will also push the QF codeshare on other airlines, when that is not always the cheapest way to do it. Not that it sounds like that is relevant for you in this case.

OK...glad I am not stupid and just couldnt find the right button!

I want to stay on QF for max SC earn, and specifically QF1 and 2 for the A380, there are small flights and tours over in Europe which will be on other airlines but cant help that.
I am prepared to pay extra for PE for a guaranteed better seat and a sleep on the way back.
Will still put in for Business upgrades as well though!

That's what I thought, but during the DSC offer / SIN Sale, managed to book SYD-SIN (Y-) // SIN-SYD (Y+) using the QF app - all one booking.

Yes, Website said "no can do".

Probably doesn't help/work for the OP's scenario?

It looks like you can do mixed class if there are "Sale" fare seats on the return leg. So Y-/Y and Y+ or Y+ and J or even J and F.
