QF flight - no status or QFF points?

hi - has anyone flown a QF flight and the flight shows on your QFF activity statement but it has posted 0 frequent flyer and status points?

02/11 i flew MEL > PER on QF metal, it shows that I flew but has 0 & 0~

it paid cash for economy seat and upgraded using points so id expect to receive economy status credits only?

Probably worth sending a quick email asking for the Y points and SCs to be credited. I have seen it before when upgrading and it is fixed very quickly when asked.

It's a known bug, a quick call will fix it.

Yeah I've had this problem too. Usually they are quick to add the SC's and FF points when you call them. I can't remember what they wanted to know from me, if anything at all other then my FF#.

just a follow up in case someone else has this issue down the track, i rang the qff hotline and they amended it over the phone... immediately showed up on my profile... great stuff
