I am flying today on a code share QF flight. I couldn't check in on line with Q but was able to check in on line with Emirates. Now my boarding pass has a EK number. Will I still be able to get into QC? Flying Y. Thanks.

Yes you'll be able to get into the QC, but if your booking has really mysteriously changed from a QF to an EK code you may want to check with Qantas, as it could stop you earning status credits for the flight.

I've had tickets sometimes print with only the EK flight number, even onto a Qantas ticket card. Hasn't been a problem for me, not to say it's impossible for such a thing to happen though it does seem unlikely.
I might have to remember that one though.. try EK online check-in.

EK BP's for flights booked as QF codeshares usually show both. eg you're on EK407 AKL-MEL and it will have underneath the 407 QF8761 (or whatever it is)

Similar to when QF issue a BP for a codeshare flight they might say for AA209 then on the BP will say "Sold as QF3244" (which makes more sense than what EK does but it's the same general thing)

if the ticket was booked as a QF8xx_ flight number that's the important thing

I have only once bought a QF codeshare on EK metal. Checking in in Canberra with QF, only the EK number was on the BP. My status and QF FF number was printed, but there was no mention of the QF code share no.

Had no trouble getting status credits, points or into the Qantas F lounge in Sydney, although I was asked to produce my platinum card. This was more the lounge Angel being new and confused as my number was printed on the card and I was travelling in First!

I have the same experience: booked through QF with QF flight codes, operated by EK, and the EK boarding pass showed only the EK prime. But the correct number of status credits and points came through without any issues.
