QF 96 LAX - MEL time change ?

QF 96 LAX - MEL time change now depart 23:35 ?

We booked this flight on the Dec 7th as a 747 as it usually leaves at 20:30pm LA time

but it seems its now been moved to 23:35 and we get into Melb at 10:00AM !

Is QF 94 still running ? Usually that leaves around 23:00

Would this be a one off ?

What with the stupid late departures from LAX..

Pretty annoyed as we are travelling with a 1.5 year

Edit: Seems QF 94 leaves at 22:15 now.. Might try and get my flights changed

I think the departure time of that flight changed permanently. Try calling Qantas, they should be able to move you onto the earlier flight free of charge as the change was initiated by them.

Yeah,

Just called AA and they rebooked us on the earlier A380.

It would of been great if they kept the earlier departure.

Its such a drag in LA for the final day.. Unless you 1/2 book a hotel room

They are making some time changes to the LAX flights to match up "better" with the new AA LAX-SYD and QF SFO flights.

QF has indeed changed the times for QF95/96 effective 27JAN:

QF093 MEL 1120 - 0635 LAX 388 D
QF095 MEL 1505 - 1030 LAX 744 35

QF094 LAX 2215 - 0905+2 MEL 388 D
QF096 LAX 2335 - 1000+2 MEL 744 13

If you are leaving on QF95, just be at the airport that little bit earlier, quite a lot of flights leave MEL at that time period now.
