Would be interested to hear any comments or recent experiences with this row, such as the door bulge, access to overhead lockers, impact of gathering passengers in exit row etc.

Hi Greg62,

I've sat in 48C once and had no problems with it. I can't quite recall if the door bulge would impact on legroom for 48A. Overhead locker space was fine. No punters gathered at the door on my flight but I suspect that's because it's right near the F cabin and the FA's would shoo them away fairly quickly. Galley noise was no issue (although I use NC headphones)

When things were reconfigured, wasn't the idea that passengers in this row would be escorted to the bar while the rest of the cabin boards, so they're not in the way. Does that still happen?

Pretty sure they've killed that idea off. It certainly didn't happen to us anyway (over 12 months ago)

IIRC, it was strangled at birth.
