Hi - I've noticed for a couple of weeks I haven't been able to see my activity - it goes to the page but there isn't anywhere that I can look at it.

Just checked on IE and I can see if fine- anyone else having any problems?

I've had the same problem on Firefox intermittently.

I think it's an issue on Chrome. I can normally get the statement to load by hitting F5 twice.

Chrome works fine for me on Qantas.com. Is all your software update to date (Windows and Chrome?) Chrome will display a little icon in the top right if it needs some love.

In Chrome, try in Incognito Mode (so there's no cookies). It it works there, then clear all cookies in Chrome.

Tried that and it didn't work

No difference

Yep checked and all is up to date

Thanks for all the suggestions - I will persist

Same problem for me, but right-clicking and hitting reload works for me.

If the problem persists in incognito mode, then clearing the cache likely won't help (as incognito uses a private temporary cache)

Out of curiosity, could you post a screenshot of what it looks like? (Hit print screen on your keyboard, open Paint, redact any sensitive info and upload as a picture)

I dont think its just a Chrome issue as Im seeing it exactly the same in Firefox, on and off.

A happy ending. Of course you know about the various apps which might make for a more reliable alternative (at least until the website can be fixed).

how did you even get to a page that looks like that? That's a page I've never seen before.

From where though? Clicking “View Activity Statement” at the top of the “Frequent Flyer - Your Account” doesn’t take me there (takes me to the ‘old style’ page https://www.qantas.com/fflyer/do/dyns/auth/youractivity/yourActivity)

Additionally, clicking “Your points activity” from the profile dropdown on the Qantas homepage takes me to that same page.

Just super curious - I've never seen this page with the new design ;)

Clicking on that exact link in my account gives me the new page (and has for a few weeks now). Looks like you havent been rolled out onto the new system yet.

Just tried in Chrome and it didn't work. Switched to Explorer and it worked fine.
