On 22 Dec, there is QF69 from ADL to DEL, the starting flight shows its a dom flight starting in SYD. Bogusidiot says starting SYD though, not MEL. If starting in MEL, then yes, will be an int flight, but if starting in SYD, and if 22 Dec, first flight I see is a QFd. But what do I know anyway. Edit: if on the 13 Dec, then yes, I see your point, but bogusidiot hasn't given us a date of travel. But then, if a person wanted to fly to DEL from ADL, on the 13 Dec, it puts you through ADL -> SYD -> SIN -> CMB -> DEL. So, I would say on the 13 Dec, the flight SYD ->ADL is to pick up fuel only, and not to pick up any pax, so its a true transit, and you can't visit the ADL QP/QFd lounge.
