Qantas or AA [QFF number on AA flight No. and/or vv]

Hi all,
I've searched but can't find an exact answer to this question. If I book a domestic Australian flight on the AA website that is code share with Qantas, can I choose whether the points etc go to my Qantas account or my AA account or must they go to one in particular?

Yes. You enter the FF number of whichever program you want the points to go to.

You can also change the FF number at check-in, or after check-in, at the lounge if you change your mind.
