I tried doing a search but unfortunately I had trouble finding the most recent posts about this. Therefore, I apologise in advance if this has already been addressed.

I'm trying to do an international flight check in for someone else. I am positive I have all the information correct. However, the box where you check the "I consent to details entered for other passengers and confirm the details entered are correct" box cannot be checked. This means I can't proceed. Has anyone had the same experience and were able to fix it and check in online please? Or do I need to tell him to get to the airport early?

Thanks for your assistance.

Might be an issue that they haven't filled in their APIS details in full on their booking. I'd call Qantas ASAP as some countries require this information 24 hours before arrival.

If there is only one passenger on the booking / being checked in, the box is greyed out and does not need to be ticked to continue usually.

Even after having done OLCI, a person still has to either have the <<<>>> page of their passport scanned by a person, or have it done by the pole at the airport, so if all else fails, just get to the airport early.
Each time I go to NZ, even after having done OLCI, I still have to have my Aust passport data page run through the QF reader at the QP/preimum counter
