A friend in Adelaide has been trying to make a domestic booking all day on Qantas. This morning, it wouldn't accept her credit card details (no known issues with the CC) and she was on hold with them for about 20 minutes then hung up. Later, booked the flight intending to pay via BPay, but the invoice still hasn't come through.
Tonight, still no invoice to be paid and still over 30 minutes wait time on the phone number - both 131313 and 13 11 31.
Are there any issues with Qantas booking? I've searched via this site and Google, but nothing is showing.
