Hey guys - just a couple of questions on the above.

When booking the airport transfer upon arrival, there was no option to select a pickup time. The flight arrival time just shows up as the default. Does this mean it's not my responsibility to inform the town car service (not that I have their contact details) of flight delays?

How strict are they in enforcing baggage limits. We will have between two of us, two check-in bags, and maybe 3 small cabin bags and a couple of small messenger / laptop bags. They'll all fit in my mid-sized sedan so I'm sure they'll fit into the back of a Caprice / A8.

What's your destination?

In my experience, it's not your responsibility to inform them of flight delays. They should be watching out for any delays.

Flying QF9/10 return to LHR and need to be picked up from MEL and dropped off in Bulleen upon arrival back in Melbourne.
