We're happy to announce that full Qantas Award availability for all 4 cabins is available again on ExpertFlyer. Not only can you search for Award inventory and know the exact number of award available on a flight, but you can use our unique Flight Alert feature to have our system notify you when an award becomes available that is currently unavailable. If you have any support questions, please email us directly at customercare <at> expertflyer dot com

Woohoo! Thanks for bringing it back ... it's been gone a long time, and has been sorely missed :)

Excellent news.

Thank you.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

I allowed my subscription to lapse when award seats were not shown, but just renewed it because awards seats can now be viewed.

Interesting.

My EF subscription is in its last month if not out the door. Perhaps I should think about renewing (albeit now at the higher, non-discounted price, i.e. after the "honeymoon" year from subscribing to AFF as a Gold).

I guess the main benefit of EF is the ability to set up an alert for the release of new award seats....currently, the only way to check for new award availability is to regularly do dummy bookings on the QF website.

And check seat maps, and check availability of A/D

I still use EF a lot - and have never used it for QF awards...

Does this show only QF flights or any awards bookable through QF (i.e. does it have CX availability?)

I know i'm bumping an old thread, but i just had to express my joy at expertflyer!

i had been looking at award availability for per-wlg (wellington) for next weekend and had come up with nothing. seats released mel-wlg but not per-wlg, as no per-mel seats were available (or per-syd) to connect with it.

but i thought i'd sign up for expert flyer and see what all the fuss is about...wow:!:

it listed an award that wasn't listed on qf, codeshare jq flight to MEL and then the qf flight to wlg. so i rang qantas and booked over the phone, with (obviously) the telephone booking fee waived.

thanks expertflyer. If the trip eventuates, you've saved me money!

:D
